1) How do I order a product not listed on your site?
If there is a product you would like daily price levels for that you do not see listed on the "Markets" page, send an email to specialrequest@amplifiedtrader.com that includes your desired product(s). We will review your request and respond with an email to inform you if we can service that product. If we can, we will help you through the registration for that product through AMP-Lified Trader.com.
2) What does "Front Month" mean?
"Front Month" is a term used in the futures community that describes the first tradable month of a particular commodity. The front month is usually the most active and liquid month for various futures markets. As the current front month expires, the next current tradable month of a commodity becomes the front month .This cycle repeats itself throughout the year.
3) What will happen if I order the "front month" of my futures product and the "front month" expires during my subscription?
If you order the "front month" for a futures product then you will receive daily price levels for the "front month" of that product throughout the duration of your subscription. AMP-lified Trader will inform you when we change the "front month" for your chosen futures product. Our change in the "front month" status will coincide with the transfer of activity and liquidity in the traded product.
4) Can I change my chosen products during my subscription?
Once you have registered for your subscription you cannot make any changes. The decisions you make during your online ordering process in regard to desired product(s) is final once payment is made. If you decide that price levels for another product is desired, you must wait for your current subscription to end and re-register with your new desired product(s). Most products are offered in a month-to-month basis so the opportunity to alter your ordered services here is not too far away.
5) When will I receive the email containing AMP-lified Trader inc's daily price levels?
You will receive your email with AMP-lified Trader's price levels well in advance of the opening bell of trading for that day. Emails will be sent overnight to the email address that you registered with so that you have your information as soon as possible.
6) Is it possible to have the same set of price levels two or more days in a row for a given market?
It is possible to see the same set of price levels two or more days in a row for your chosen product. AMP-lified Trader's daily price levels reflect current market conditions that will sometimes equate to narrow day trading ranges.
7) Can the distance of the price levels differ from day to day?
The distance of the actual price levels can differ day to day. Since AMP-lified Trader's daily price levels reflect current market conditions, it is common to see the distance of the price levels vary day to day. The markets are in continuous motion while following numerous cycles and trends which have an impact on our calculations for our daily price levels.
8) Can AMP-lified Trader, Inc's price levels be used for overnight trading?
AMP-lified Trader's price levels are designed and processed for the day trading session for your desired product(s) but you may use and interpret our daily price levels as you like.
9) Are some price levels more significant?
Each price level contained in your daily email from AMP-lified Trader has equal significance. Each price level is carefully calculated and hold equal potential in shaping the day's market activity for that particular market.
10) How do I unsubscribe from AMP-lified Trader, Inc.'s service?
To cancel your subscription, login to your account and click "My Account". There you will see your past order(s). Locate the order that you would like to cancel and click "Cancel". Emails will continue to be sent and your credit card will be billed monthly unless this action is taken.
